Tillman County Commissioners meet in regular session

The Tillman County Commissioners meet 9 a.m. Mondays at the Tillman County Courthouse at 201 N. Main St. in Frederick.

The Tillman County Commissioners met in a regularly scheduled session at 9 a.m. July 24 in the Tillman County Courthouse, 201 N. Main St. in Frederick.

Chairman Joe Don Dickey presided over the meeting. Members present were Jimmie C. Smith and Kent Smith.

The meeting was called to order and county clerk Cacy Caldwell read the minutes of the previous meeting held June 19.

The minutes were approved.

The board voted to approve a resolution to set a date of Sept. 1 for the Tillman County Law Enforcement Trust Authority to assume responsibility for the Tillman County Law Enforcement Center with a stipulation that they can push the date to Oct. 1 should they need extra time.

The board approved an agreement between Tillman County and ROCMND Area Youth Services for juvenile detention services at Craig County Regional Juvenile Detention Center for fiscal year 2018.

The board approved conveyance of properties sold through the Commissioners’ Sale to Joseph and Sarah Copeland, Joshua Curry, Ronald Adams, Zion Properties and Clemente and Margaret Rodriguez.

The board approved the resale budget for fiscal year 2018.

The board approved an agreement between Tillman County and OSU CLGT for software and support for fiscal year 2018.

The meeting was adjourned.
