Impersonator show to be held at Ramona Theatre

Posted

Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls of all ages! Has anyone ever told you that you look like Frank Sinatra? What about Cher? Or maybe Elvis, Dolly Parton, or Adele? Well, now is your chance to dress up and perform like your favorite actor, singer, or dancer and maybe take home a cash prize in the process.

The Frederick Art and Humanities Council is scheduled to host the Impersonator Show Feb. 5, 2022, at the Ramona Theatre at 7 p.m. Admission is $10.

Anyone of any age can enter the contest. The rules are simple: Dress up like and act, sing, or dance like your favorite famous person. For easier makeup and costuming, you should choose a person whom you already resemble.

Prizes are $300 for first place, $200 for second place, and $100 for third place.

A panel of judges will select the winners and they will be judging how much you look and sound like the person you’re impersonating.

Don’t want to enter by yourself? Bring a group! The contest is open to individuals as well as groups of any age.

For more information or to enter the contest, call Dana Greer at 580-305-5689.
