June is National Men’s Health Month

June is men’s health month, with June 14 - 20 designated as men’s health week. Throughout June, Men’s Health Month focuses on improving the lifestyles of men. While there are several approaches to improving overall health, diet and exercise are the targets of many changes. It’s important to encourage the men in our lives to get regular checkups and be aware of the risks for their age and lifestyle.
