Word has been received that Morris Lynn Hutton, age 81, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in Gainsville, Texas.

Morris Lynn was born February 3, 1942, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to James Augustus and Irene (Parrott) Hutton. He attended school in Frederick, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Class of 1960. He furthered his education by receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mid-Management at the Dallas Baptist University. Morris was united in marriage to Sandra Sellers in Frederick, Oklahoma, on September 14, 1964.

He is survived by his wife Sandra of the home; one daughter, Andrea Ciscernos and Jerry LeClear of Kennedale, Texas; two sons, Jeff Hutton of Gainesville, Texas and Cary Hutton and his wife Deanna of Justin, Texas; four grandchildren, Zachary Ciscernos, Nathan Hutton, Cloe Hutton, and Natalie Hutton; three siblings, Doris Rana of Roanoke, Texas, Norma Wood of Frederick, Oklahoma and James Hutton and his wife Marilyn of Frederick, Oklahoma; and several other relatives and friends.

Morris was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Homer Hutton and one sister, Peggy (Hutton) Young.

In lieu of services, family and friends will gather on Morris’ birthday, February 3rd, to celebrate his life.
